Basement – AC House

As a basement, the first thing that came to mind is darkness and how I could better illuminate the space to make it appear much larger and more comfortable. If you only thought about improving artificial lighting, this wasn’t achieved that way. For artificial lighting to work properly, you must anticipate the surfaces where this light will bounce, and that was exactly my proposal in this project. Starting with a general floor change to an easily installable and clean vinyl floor in a light gray tone, complemented by mostly white walls and colors or wallpaper in specific light gray areas. The light used is a 4000K light, which is the closest to daylight. As for furniture, we used white and natural wood tones combined with mirrors and gold and yellow decorations, which yielded excellent results. This basement literally invites you to want to spend more time there and not run out as is the case with others.
